Vital to my success by 2020

In my opinion, there are three things to succeed by 2020.
First, learning second language like Chinese and Japanese is important. Recently, work that related to second language is increasing in most companies, so they prefer second language.
Second thing is having leadership skills. If leadership is improved, we will be able to give confidence to people and adjust opinions with other people.
Finally, positive thinking is requisite for my successful life. Positive thinking brings good thoughts and good actions to make our life sucessful. Also, it helps to relieve stress and improves the relationship with other people.
Hence, if I have these three things perfectly, I will live in my successful life by 2020.
